American Airlines review by Matthew 2015-10-31

Flight is delayed 2.5 hours for no apparent reason. Then when we do leave the gate, our plane sat on the runway for 30 minutes while other planes passed us and took off... Since our flight was delayed we should have priority over all others... Apparently Anerican Airlines doesn't know what customer satisfaction is... EDITORS COMMENT: Not necessarily the case. if there are delays at the other end you may be asked to sit at the departure airport for longer rather than waste fuel circling around up in the air. This should be communicated to the passengers by the pilots though.
