Mostly I have purchased their tickets when there is promo, fly to Malaysia for 10 pesos per way, fly to Hong Kong for 99 pesos or as low as 10 pesos per way, of course taxes are exclusive. They have a nice website where people could book their flight easily, register as a member so the procedure even go smoother. I have so far no complain about them, once there was failure of weather radar, they fly back to Manila and have the flight changed within an hour of time, for a low cost carrier, they are so efficient. All check-in luggages should pay online or you might charge three or four times more. They mostly could leave the bridge on time yet the problem is the airport, air traffic congestion.
