Me & family traveled from Melb to Perth on route to KL. We booked our flight from Perth to KL via Malindo Air. We never heard of this airline & this was our first experience with the airline. We lost one luggage while transit from T4 to T1. The case was with T2 administration & I informed same to Malindoair ground staff in Perth that I am check-in only three luggage out of 4. They understood the situation & confirmed me that one luggage is handed over to them by T2 staff they will deliver thee luggage to KL with out any charge. On Dec 18 T2 staff managed to track & get the luggage in Perth & Malindo air staff worked with them to get this delivered to my hotel in KL on Dec 19 19. I say a big thank you to the help extended by Malindo air staff in Perth & KL for the help, understanding & support extended. In flight service for us were satisfactory & as per expectation from a budget airline. One concern was baggage handling as one of the luggage came along with us was so dirty outside as that was a very new bag. Bit disappointed with that. Second concern with the coordination of booking staff & flight attendance in handling details of meals ordered.
