American Airlines review by Stephanie 2015-09-29

I had to Call and adjust my flight. The woman I talked to said she would waive all fees and the proceeded to charge me $45 for a change of fare. Upon going back to my computer and researching the same flight I realized there was only a $9 change and I called back. Once I spoke to someone else it became apparent that the first woman charged me $18/flight for seat upgrades and $9 for a fare change without telling me. Very disappointed in the customer service, especially being a platinum member, and the overall honesty of the staff. Karen, who took care of the situation did a great job, but overall a very frustrating situations
