Icelandair review by David 2015-11-12

I have now flown Icelandair, 3 times and this is my final and last try with them!. I have never had a good flight with them, and it's one of the most "cheap" flights ever, everything costs but when their service doesn't match up there is no compensation. The staff is HORRIBLY inefficient and slow, last flight took nearly 2 hours to get a tiny glass of water. I had flights with NO working monitor, cabin severely overheated, unhelpful staff. It's just a bad cheap airline. I had to draw the line on this last trip and say "NO NEVER" again.....
