Turkish Airlines review by Sumanta 2015-01-20

Flew from Dhaka to Helsinki. The flight delayed from Dhaka 7 hours. Consequently missed the connecting flight. The behaviour of the airport crew was horrible. None wanted to help or talk, or provide us any information on what to do next. Went from one desk to another for about 3 hours, stood in every possible queue, and at the end returned back to the same desk I started from. Horrible experience, worse customer service ever experienced in an airport.
