This airline took off 30 minutes early while checked in passengers stood at the gate, and all they had to say was that it was the pilots decision. Which is clearly not their policy according to their own website. Also allowing Rated R movies to be watched on the "personal" screen when there's children near and can see graphic sex scenes is unacceptable.
