British Airways review by Jaya 2014-05-26

This is the flight I am never going to prefer to take again or prefer my friends or family to take it. They don't provide wheel chair service properly in London. My parents suffered a lot. Also my kids when they did go to vacation we had a very bad experience as the flight was cancelled and the customer service for rescheduling and seating was very poor. They were not even showing their apologies for the cancellation and no courtesy given for that. I really disappointed with this airlines.
