We were to take a flight from Kiev to New York. However, our flight was cancelled due to technical problems on the aircraft. As a result, we had an 10 hour lay over at the airport. We had to wait for plane to arrive to Kiev from New York to fly us back to New York. They did not offer any compensation for food during this delay. There were many complaints from several customers after sitting at the terminal for 3-4 hours with no water and/or snacks. They finally brought food to make up for the inconvenience they've caused but they never apologized for this delay nor show any concern. Needless to say that was an eye opening experience for many of us.
