Review #2. Today (1/25/17), we are heading to Manila from Cebu. Got our boarding passes and proceeded to Gate 5. We were ushered down the waiting area to the bus to board the plane. Waited in the bus for 10 minutes just to tell us to return back to the waiting area. They said that our plane had a defect and the back up plane is coming from Hong Kong. My question is, why in the world they made us check-in and headed down to ride a bus for transfer to the plane. This company has a lot of opportunities to up their game with regards to organization and coordination whenever problems arise. The frequency of this happening is making me conclude that their customer service needs a lot of attention. If this pattern of customer disservice continue, I definitely will not recommend Cebu Pacific to anyone.
