EL AL Israel Airlines review by Mariana

I traveled with my elderly mother from Israel to Miami, the flight attendants were amazing!!! My back was killing me & Neta & Roman helped me by talking to me & getting medical help as necessary. Hila helped my mom to get to the bathroom with electric wheelchair, she also made sure to pull her pants & changed her adult diaper. No ward can describe my gratitude, I was so scared to fly 14 hours with alder mom but got amazing crew love. I'll never forget.
