i fly with malindo air every week.from johor to kuala lumpur vice versa. before they upgrade their website,it is easy for me to get the tax invoice.now i already waait more than a month to get tax invoice and stilll didnt get till today.i dont understand why they make their operation more difficult.they should follow airasia and firefly system how to get the tax invoice.i call their customer service everyday and i get the same answer.we will calll u back,we will make sure FAUZIAH will email back to you by today.only good in making promises but in real suck.now i move to firefly,eventhough it more expensive than malindo but who cares.
