Business Class

We have supported Malaysia continually before and after their difficulties, but may no longer do so. Whilst our upcoming PER/KUL/CDG business return flights were changed from lie-flat A380 to angle 777-200, and our reserved adjoining seats were no longer together; we were most annoyed that Malaysia made no attempt to contact us or inform us of these changes. We understand and support Malaysia's need for rationalisation, but suggest that if they want to ensure customer loyalty, they should involve the customers in the process and have the courtesy to contact them. Malaysia have our emails & home address, our mobile & home telephones, and our Enrich contacts. We have always enjoyed travelling with Malaysia: even with the occasional long delay we'd give an 8. We are fond of the staff (9) and love the satay (10), but this will probably be our last flight with them. It was fortunate we discovered these plane and seating changes ahead of time, but we should have been informed by Malaysia. EDITORS COMMENT: unfortunately airlines reserve the right to change aircraft type any time they want or need however as a passenger, especially when travelling business class, this can result in a huge change in the in flight product and an option to change plans should be offered - those angled beds aren't the best - on any airline!
