This is the first and last time I would fly with this horrible company they are the spirit airlines of the Philippines. Flew into Hong Kong for a connecting flight on 4/28. Flight was suppose to have a three hour layover. Flight ended up having a 6 hour lay over. With no information given on what happened or what was going on. I was stuck walking around the terminal for hours waiting. 5/7 My return flight as I sit waiting for it right now. Flight was suppose to leave at 2:30. They are delaying the flight cause they are waiting for another plan to show up from Cebu. The plane to leave to Hong Kong is here but they refuse to load and take off. If they have a flight that is not here in time then they need to work to get those passengers on other flights. Will be making a claim with this horrible company.
