Never choose this airline no matter how much discount do they offer. I am travelling from New Delhi to Guwahati. My bad time started from 1st December when I received a message from them saying that the flight has been cancelled due to operational issue. They mentioned two contact numbers asking to call for re-scheduling. The numbers were not reachable for two continuous days and on third day was able to make contact. My Previous flight was a direct one on the other hand when they re-booked for next day it was a stopover at Bagdogra which they even did not bother to mention it. Finally the flight was delayed on the journey date also by 5 hours. Well the sufferings did not end here. All the passengers were taken to the flight and Que up even before the Arrival passengers did not finish de-boarding. After 45 mins of waiting finally boarded the soiled and dirty airbus which was not even cleaned before the passengers were asked to board the flight. Worst experience till date. Keep away from this airline.
