American Airlines review by Ashley 2015-12-27

This is the worst flight experience I have ever had. They stuck us in DFW after delaying our flight for over an hour and a half, lying to us about a specified boarding call, refusing to call a manager, refusing to offer to purchase a hotel room or pay for a taxi, and telling us we could be put on standby for the next flight which left seventeen or twenty four hours after our flight was supposed to leave, with no guarantee that we'd be allowed to take either flight. Missing work for both myself and my significant other because of this. We will never fly with this airline again.
