20 years traveling through Europe airline and very satisfied with their services. My Last trip, I traveled with Etihad airline and it was the worst airline ever, ignorance, lack of management, and even costumer services is more extreme. Moreover, when it comes to issues, they handle it as a personal not professional. Very poor in handling issues professionally. Strongly not recommended.
