Ryanair review by Helene

Ryan Air are thieves the way they make people pay tripple for luggage! No receipt just taking money when trying to get in touch with customer service you receive a standard note! I would say never ever book with Ryan Air the service is crap, purser on his iphone listening to loud podcasts that you can listen into when waiting for the toilet! I am seriously in shock that their website sets people up to fail. I am so happy to see I am not the only one for most that this airline is getting away with policies like they have and an terrible website is incredible! Flightsafety getting jeopordized by staff and very rude staff at boarding gate malaga! Hopefully IATA is looking into this or other authorities!
