Vueling review by Roy 2014-08-02

Had an awful experience with Vueling airlines. Was mislead by their staff in Charles de Gaulee airport in Paris prior their the flight to Berlin, and was charged 65 euro to be able to take my ukulele - a small music instrument - on board. Then on board it was taken from me and was sent with the rest of the luggage even though i paid extra to have it on board the plane, and even though it fit in the plane's upper compartments with plenty of space left. Money was never returned and the staff was extremely rude and obnoxious.
