Lufthansa review by Leenaraj 2015-08-13

LH 759 on 29 Jul 2016 from Chennai to Frankfurt and LH 402 From Frankfurt to Newark,USA. Food was average: Air Hostess- One of the worst service and attitude was so not acceptable.We pay for the flight and they are supposed to service with gratitude, but they were serving as if they paid for us and we are at their mercy. I swear worst ever. Also there were conflicts among the Air Hostess which was so visible in all the Lufthansa flights to Newark. Please ensure Air hostess are trained in Conflict resolution before serving Lufthansa Flights. After a long time i decided to fly in Lufthansa but i regret it. Leg Space: The seats were so uncomfortable, if the person before we reclined it would hurt my knee. I do not understand why there are no guidelines for the legroom in airlines. If the seats are made such that they can recline then airlines should provide sufficient space between seats, so that the passenger seated behind does not get hurt. If i was not alert it would have fractured my knee.
