Air Asia took my money, never delivered their service and made my flight experience a living hell. I missed my flight to Bali for being a bit late, which I lost $800 for it, was offloaded from the flight like a criminal, had to buy a new (more expensive) ticket and sleeping in the airport...there was nobody to discuss the issue. The company refused to re-schedule the flight or giving my money back and delayed my new flight for 5 hours! The person at the departure gate was awfully rude... It just shows no regard for the passenger and abuse of authority. The financial loss and humiiation were traumatic and it felt like I was being made an example of because of my visa / citizenship status..which obviously I'll never be able to confirm. Who you gonna call?
