I had to fly Monday at 13:30. They changed the flight to 7:20. I tried to contact by email and phone. Nobody answered. I paid to change the flight to next day, 21:30. The flight finally departed 4:30 am of next day. No hotel, no water, no compensation and nobody to complain.
