This airline has got to be the absolute worst for having no care or regard for it's customers. I think the whole operation is based upon screwing people as much as possible and then seeing if they can get you to pay more money to fix their problems. I had paid for a first class upgrade for a flight on 24th December between Tijuana and Mexico City. We had checked in before arriving at the airport and arrived at the luggage check in 1 hour before the flight. We were told that the flight was closed and our seats gone. They referred to a non-existent page on their website that they said told us that we had to be at the gate 2 hours before departure. I thought I had made the mistake until another party of 5 people arrived and were given the same run around. They offered no help other than to say that if we paid another $300 each then they would get us on a flight late that night (Xmas Eve) that would get us to Mexico City the following day. We elected to pay $700 for the 2 of us to get another airline and get there that night - important to my girlfriend. I was told by Aeromexico that I would get a credit of $300 plus for the lost flight and that could be used against another booking. I
