We were flying from Melbourne to Perth 29th Dec.2016 flight no.QF481. Due to storms our flight was delayed nearly 4 hours. Consequently we missed our bus connection to Busselton. A huge thank you to one of your stewardesses `Natalie`. She organised a hotel for us, made sure the duty officer provided a letter for insurance purposes and organised a taxi. We are so grateful for the help she gave us. A credit to the airline. We continued are journey the following morning.
