I'm not flying Malaysian again. Flight MH123 (KL to Sydney) was delayed 6 hours, but, if we didn't have the internet, would not have known until 1 hour before departure as the departures board in the lounge only had the last hour's flights. Lounge only had a 4 song Christmas Carol playlist, which we heard continuously for 16 hours, and again when we got on the plane. We heard each song about 60 times! Food was stale, and also the bread was soggy. I had to check the bread for mould it was so off. Staff were brusque. Tray table was on a slight lean, so when I put my water down, it slid off and spilt on my own headset (because the provided one was very poor quality) and my neighbour's seat. There was no attempt to catch up lost time, or attitude of apology, because of the delay. No genuine reason was provided for the delay. The staff were scarce in providing food and beverages for us. The entertainment system was of very poor quality. Couldn't bare to sit through a full movie. Intended hot food was tepid. Staff ignored requests for further drinks. Enough said!
