Aer Lingus review by Matt 2015-12-15

Return flights from Gatwick to Knock. Great value for money and relaxing experience from all staff (check in desk through to flight attendants), comfort on the plane FAR surpasses other budget airlines. On way back flight from Knock was cancelled and we were given multiple options of alternative flights and went for a coach to Dublin to fly back to Heathrow instead. Normally this kind of experience would warrant a bad review but the whole service throughout was fantastic. The coach driver/staff in knock airport/staff at Dublin were all EXCELLENT. We even received unexpected vouchers to spend on our return flight which was welcome, and the in flight staff were also amazing at helping us redeem these (and get the most for our money!). I will definitely fly Aer Lingus again and really cannot praise them highly enough for the whole experience.
