Premium Economy

Lufthansa customer service leaves alot to be desired. After purchasing seats in premium economy 11 months ago due to needing extra space after a knee opperation, we were told when we checked in that these were no longer ours as they decided to put other people in them instead. They offered up no explanation other than "we can do what we like". As a result i was forced to sit in a different seat and was not even able to travel with my dughter who does not travel well. This was bad enough but the fact it happened on both legs of our journey, was unbelievable! We spoke to service staff at the counter at Frankfurt Airport and were treated with so much disrespect we left in tears, the explanation simply being "we can do this if we want to". I will never be travelling with this company again, nor would i recommended it to anyone!
