KLM review by Eunce 2017-04-14

I have been traveling internationally for over 15 years now and seeing people off to the airport for about the same time and never have I experienced such rudeness and racism from an airline staff. It was sickening. JULIA a KLM staff in Aberdeen was so rude to us. She went as far as throwing insults at us and even saying 'SHUT UP I AM SPEAKING' this is all because we decided to fly with KLM. We paid for this flight and you tell me to shut up?She also profiled us as when we got to the gate she asked her superiors to search our bags.Also when I got her name from her name tag she asked very rudely why I got her name and I told her I was going to write a formal complaint to KLM for her attitude towards us and she said 'IS THAT THE WORST YOU CAN DO NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN TO ME'. What insult... This is for sure... if you are not Dutch or of the 'white' race definitely avoid KLM and more importantly if you are traveling from Aberdeen, avoid JULIA. She is a rude, racist, evil, malicious woman. I have written a formal complaint to ABZ and KLM. Hopefully, people like this are purged out of the system.
