We also had a flight cancelled by AA from Bangkok to Siem Reap on 16 June 2013. And still waiting on refund, they said they would give us one but still waiting. Then in many emails later said we were not entitled to it after they said they already gave the money back which they didn't. Worst customer service ever experienced. 7/2/14
