Swiss International Air Lines review by Magdalena 2015-12-01

On a 13h flight from Zurich to Hong despite requesting a seat at the isle in London due to me being 4 months pregnant, I was given a middle seat at the very back with no recline.. Luckily a stewardess allowed me to sit in the only empty seat they had on the plane in economy. The staff at the ground was not helpful and grumpy. Did not bother to accommodate any requests.When I wrote a complain I was advised that if I wanted a specific seat, I should have purchased such option online prior to the flight - as if requesting an isle seat because of pregnancy was some sort of whim! I felt like in a cheap airline not a star alliance member. On the return flight the staff was much nicer and gave me the aisle seat without any problems and without demanding extra payment. Would not recommend and will not be using again unless I have to
