My main issue with the airlines, was its service in and around the flight. Staff on board were lovely and accommodating. However, staff on the ground, when dealing with requests prior and after the flight, were far less understanding and compassionate when it came to raising issues. Long-haul Dreamliner is comfortable, but do expect to pay for all the basics that come standard with any other airline - at the end of the day you might as well pay the extra $200 it might cost you straight up as it'd be less hassle and less frustrating. Also don't expect to get the seat you pay for, they will change it, at the last minute without so much as an explanation and will refuse to refund you.
