Qatar Airways review by Syd 2016-09-02

I boarded my return flight to Australia in Warsaw Poland ( QR 264) We were seated in the plane for 30 min and the temperature in the cabin was so Hot I was sweating, The outside temperature was not that hot, any way we mentioned it to the stewardess who informed us the Air conditioning did not work until the plane took off. I have never had this situation before and feel sure modern technology Aircraft would have ways of cooling without engines running. I ended up using the flight safety procedure as a fan trying to keep cool. It was unacceptable. other passengers were complaining as well as myself.
