Economy Class

EasyJet flight arrived 2 hours behind schedule and as a result extra costs were incurred (hotel stay and new train ticket required). I claimed through Resolver and EasyJet agreed to pay out for costs after I provided some personal details. After more than 6 months I have not received any reimbursements for the agreed costs.
