It was the worst experience ever. It was my first and last time flying with iberia since i was told that according to the EU law this airline is allowed to sell more seats than they can offer. I was on the waiting list even though an economy class ticket cost 320 (Munich-Madrid-Munich). I have never received an info email from the airline regarding the online check in (even ryanair and wizzair bomb the passengers with such emails). The guy on the Barajas airport who was working in the customer service could not handle me and became nervous as I started panicking about the fact that there was no seat for me. No seat free even for the nest flight early in the evening.
