Having travelled on many airlines - both economy and and premium, I have to say that apart from the 5.5 hour delay (for which I have received EU compensation), the service offered by the cabin crew on this particular occasion was abysmal and totally unacceptable. No drinks offered during the time we were grounded apart from 1 small cup of water, the food was inedible and the cabin crew were downright rude. Because of the delay we missed our shuttle on to Windsor, lost the shuttle fare paid and incurred additional expense for other transport onto Windsor. Have been told by Air Transat to take up with Insurers!!!!!
