Aeromexico review by Sabina 2014-10-03

My husband and I boarded the connecting flight from Cancun to Mexico to San Francisco. When we are boarding our flight from Mexico City to San Francisco, airline crew weighed our hand carry luggage, backpack with laptop, camera, and purse, and informed us that we have to pay $50 for extra baggage weight. I told her that we came from Cancun and taking a connecting flight to San Francisco. Our hand carry were allowed in Cancun but not in Mexico City, then I requested that instead of paying $50 we will just check in one of our luggages. She told me NO GET OUT OF THE LINE AND GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is ridiculous, a way to rip off money from passengers. I will never fly with this airline again.
