Royal Air Maroc review by Katalina 2017-07-06

My flight from Amsterdam to Casablanca was 50 minutes late. As a result I missed my connecting flight to Abidjan, which left 50 minutes after the flight from Casablanca was SUPPOSED to arrive. I had to wait 3 hours at the airport. I was very angry. At no point in time did the airline apologise for the delay, offer special treatment to those who had connecting flights, or even try to ensure we weren't late. So I was, and got home 6 hours later than I originally should've. This also disrupted my day's plans, seeing as I had to push everything to the next day.
