Economy Class
Flight delayed.. My bag got smashed/cracked and got really dirty. I have travelled with many airlines with this bag and never has it looked this disgusting afterwards - had to buy a new one when I got home. However staff on the flight were good and was cheap ticket compared to other airlines at the time...
