Lufthansa review by Caillin 2015-01-11

lufthansa LH243 fra; I always fly internal europe with Lufthansa The flight and crew are always wonderful. The only problem, is the entire staff in the FCO or Fiumancino airport in rome. Never in my life have I seen such unprofessional behaviour, The staff was very rude and did not know what they were doing. They came in late. The took their time with about 300passengers waiting.. for a 6;50am flight. I was charged double for somthing i shouldnt have. I was changing planes in frankfut to Las vegas on a parent company.. They didnt put my husbands visa number they charged me double for my cat after i showed them the receipt i paid. I was so upset. I wrote a letter dirctly to the company and never heard back. the flight good.staff on the plane great. efficiant.. but, some one need to investigate the entire staff including the supervisor in fiumancino.
