Economy Class

Vueling over-sold my flight. So although I paid months ago, and arrived 2 hours before the flight, they bumped me. This happened as I was travelling back from Australia and had been travelling for about 48 hours without rest. and was travelling with a 4 year old. When I complained I was curtly told to read the terms and conditions. After a very long delay I was offered another flight which we took and our luggage was lost. We still have not received it and Vuelings number to contact regards to lost luggage has no idea where it us. I would seriously urge people to not fly with this airline.
