Premium Economy

You get what you pay for. It is probably one of the better low cost carriers and is miles ahead of Tiger. The child free zone is excellent. The meals are inflexible, ie it's coke not diet coke or lemonade, it's coke. So much for being diabetic or not liking cola. A bit more flexibility would go a long way. Let the pax decide before he/she boards! The staff are friendly but do not know what the call button means; might as well remove it. The faux excitement is a bit much to stomach and even the crew don't seem to like it, especially when English is not their first language. And finally, while the women are well dressed the male flight attendants look as though they have escaped from a sports shoe store.
