The absolute worst airline in the PH...maybe the world! I recently moved to the PH and was warned by nearly everyone to never fly CEB. Their reputation for delays, cancellations, poor service is well 'earned.' I tried to buy some tickets recently using my PayPal, which was kicked back. Upon sending me back to the payment screen, I paid via credit card and then realized to my horror that my flight details had changed to a week later. No! I called within 30 min of the booking pleading with the agent on the phone to no avail. My only option was to pay the change fee for the date I originally had entered in the first place. Turns out my experience is not unique; other friends have had the very same thing happen to them. Very dubious and I believe this sort of scam is part of the CEB business strategy (because really...how can an airline actually survive the low fares they charge?!). To add salt to the wound, a friend flying from the US was held up on his end and unable to make the PAL connection. I had (stupidly) already checked in for our CEB flight the next day.
