Lufthansa is now my preferred airline (in Europe). Usually the flights are on time and staff are quite helpful. The servings are not so great anymore, but acceptable in short flights. Changing flights in Germany works very well (if you compare to Heathrow or similar problematic places), things are clear and simple. Even flight pricing is usually good. Baggage handling works ok, even if there is short time to change planes. Would use Lufthansa again..
