Had my flights to and from Bali with Jetstar. after not using them for 2 years because of them ALWAYS being delayed we decided to give them another try. flight on the way too Bali was delayed (surprise surprise) they also don't transfer baggage for international (guess that's because they are budget). on our flight home from Bali because it was international we had to check in 3 hours early (again because they so budget) 10 minutes before our flight was due to depart we still hadn't boarded the plane. next minute we get told our flight has been delayed 6 hours. with no vouchers to compensate or anything we waited around for 6 hours for our flight. 90% of passengers purchased water etc to take on board because we new they don't give out free water. before boarding everyone had to throw away their water etc. once on board they still wouldn't give us free water, asked for a blanket, sorry have to pay $10 for one. Not to mention the rude air hostesses. I no this arline is slightly cheaper than the rest but seriously Jetstar get up to play. we can fly with a Virgin Australia for $50 more and we get everything. NEVER AGAIN WITH JETSTAR!!!
