Terrible airline to avoid at any cost. Not inly unreliable in terms of schedule (very often late - and really late), the customer service is inexistent. It seems the staff is really focusing on avoiding any responsibility of the airlines, which exacerbate the passengers and in turns makes the staff very agressive.
