I flew with BA from Heathrow to Madrid and Heathrow to Reykjavik return. On all occasions the service was good, the pilots were very informative, cabin crew very obliging. I can see that BA is trying to improve their overall service. Each journey was comfortable. I will definitely fly with them again.
