Etihad Airways review by Kerie 2015-11-18

Etihad airlines made the long flight to London bearable. On occasions the planes were a little late but nothing to get upset about, I'm talking not much more than half hour. The seats were fine on the airbus. The service was fine. The food was pretty typical of airline food but it was edible. As the flight is so long, (I'm sure no one likes sitting on a plane for 21 hours), I just try to go with the flow, not much use complaining about anything, it doesn't make it any better. I think most people will find if you are rude to the staff they will return the favour. I was pleasant to them - they were pleasant to me, ask nicely & most will try to help, this applied to the Etihad staff. I made it London in one piece with no drama's, can't see a problem with them.
