Due to a family emergency we needed to change a flight from a night time flight to morning flight. We called 5 days prior to change. Customer service said they had plenty of seats available and would help out. Her supervisor said no and charged us full price for new tickets. I understand policy but TSA already makes flying bad enough... Can the Delta just act human once in a while and help people out when they can. NO Greed and terrible customer service seem to be the name of the game with Delta. Not the first time with delta for this crap, but probably the last.
