BNE to SFO via AKL on 777-300. Both sectors great in terms of comfort, food, wine and service. Only minor issue in the air was the poor quality of the coffee, tea was much better. Got a great nights sleep on the flat bed and memory foam mattress. New AKL lounge was great and had a cocktail bar, marmalade collins was an enjoyable drink between flights. Boarding crowded at AKL gate the main gripe. Otherwise personalised and friendly and close to perfect.
