From my view of point, the way staff communicate with customers is the most important thing, which make good service. Vietjet is one of the airlines that I feel pleased. I has flown with Vietjet 3 times and I always feel very comfortable. Staff always gave me a sense of freedom, but whenever I need them, they are very responsive. Althought this is a low-cost - carrier, its services are as good as trational airlines'.
